Treasury Island has special game rules and bonus systems. The main wheel, which spins and lets a player win, has 54 segments. In 45 segments, you will see numbers 1, 2, 5, and 10, respectively. In 9 segments, there are four bonus rounds with interesting names: John Silver’s Loot, Ben’s Lost Marbles, Billy Bones Map, and Captain Funt’s Treasure.
Number 1 is in 18 segments, number 2 in 15, number 5 in 8, number 10 in 4, John Silver’s Loot in 4, Ben’s Lost Marbles in 2, Billy Bones’ Map in 2, and Captain Flint’s Treasure in 1. Correspondingly, there is a higher chance for the wheel to stop at a number, and the most frequent number is 1.
Each number is assigned a color. The 1 is designated yellow, 2 – green, five – blue, and 10 – red. Colored segments like yellow, green, and red have their own distinctive naming. They are called gem segments, yellow is Topaz, green is Emerald, and red is Ruby.
You have 12 seconds to bet. You can bet time after time or all at once. You can bet on number segments or bonus segments. After you place a bet, the host spins the wheel. Other than the main wheel, there is a small booster wheel, which decides which Gem segment will have a multiplier.
The multiplier changes every round because, in every round, the booster wheel spins again. Other than the gem segment multiplier, if you bet on 2, and the wheel lands on 2, you get 2x of your wins. But that is not all.
Now, imagine that you bet on 2, which is an Emerald (green-colored segment), and on that round booster wheel, randomly decide that the Emerald should have a multiplier of 5x. Now, if you bet 2 dollars on 2, your winnings will be (2 X 2) X 5.
The booster wheel has two columns. One column shows which segment gets the multiplier, and the second column shows how much the multiplier is. For the numbers, the multiplier ranges from 2x up to 20x. It can be 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x, 10x, and 20x. John Silver’s Loot, Ben’s Lost Marbles, and Billy Bones Map multiplier can be 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x, and 10x. Captain Funt’s Treasure only gets a 2x, 3x, or 5x multiplier.
As we’ve mentioned, Treasure Island has four bonus rounds. If a wheel stops on a Ben’s Lost Marble, a special bonus round begins with unique game rules.
In this round, there are marbles, pockets, and dice. Marbles fall from the top, and they might fall into pockets that hang on the wall. There are nine pockets, but only five of them will give you prizes if marbles fall into them.
These five pockets are assigned to multipliers. Each pocket can grasp ten marbles. But the marbles don’t fall from nowhere; 10 special buckets hold marbles before they fall. The special dice decide how many marbles will fall. You roll three dice. The dice can show 1, 2, or 3. If all three dice show 1, the sum is 3, so the first three buckets will spill over and drop the marbles.
As I’ve mentioned, 10 buckets hold the marbles before they spill. The first six buckets each hold five marbles, and the next four buckets each hold 10 marbles.
If you roll the dice, and the first one gets 2, the second one 1, and the third 3, that means the first 6 buckets will spill, and 6X5 marbles will fall from the buckets. Ben’s lost marble round is fully dependent on luck and not on the player’s actions.
John Silver’s loot, which is a bonus round, is in four segments, so there is a higher chance for the wheel to stop on that round than on Ben’s lost marble. But just like the latter, it has distinctive game rules. The main features are a big ball and the winning ladder. In the big ball, there are forty small balls, 20 green and 20 red.
A special device is attached to a large ball that draws one ball at a time. If the special device draws a green ball, you move up 1 step on the ladder, and if it draws a red ball, the round ends.
The ladder has 15 steps, the first step has a 5x multiplier, and as you move higher, the multiplier gets higher. On the 15th step, the multiplier is 2000x.
As you get more green balls, you move higher up the ladder, getting more multipliers. Now let’s imagine that the first three balls that the special device draws were green, so you move from a 5x multiplier to 15x.
The fourth ball turned out to be red, so the round ends, but you still get 15x of your bet. If the first ball was red, you still get 5x of your bet. This round is fully hinged on luck.
The rules are easier in the Billy Bones Map bonus round, but it’s more rewarding. The big wall is divided into 64 parts. Each part has its multiplier, but three parts have keys inside them. At first, all 64 parts are shown to the player with their multipliers, and you can see which ones have keys.
But then suddenly they change places, and the player doesn’t know exactly which part has which multiplier or a key. You get to choose 5 squares.
If all the squares you choose have the multipliers and not the keys, these multipliers sum up and multiply your bet. If you find 1 key, it gives you +10x, if you find 2 keys, you get +50x, and if you find three keys, you will get +1000x.
Last but not least is Captain Funt’s Treasure bonus round. This round has 7 columns and 6 rows. On each column, there is a barrel. Each barrel has either a multiplier or a skull.
On each row, you choose which barrel you want. If you get a skull, the round ends. If you get a skull on a second row, you’ll get the multiplier that you chose in the first row.
The host narrates everything that happens during the game. Where the wheel will stop, how much you will win, and explain the rules in detail.
With the live dealer, the game becomes more energetic and enthusiastic. The live dealer is dressed in the island aesthetic, and it helps you to fully immerse yourself in the game.
